Associate Sales Process Specialist

About the role

UL Solutions is seeking an Associate Sales Process Specialist to support its sales professionals with administrative tasks such as quote generation, order processing, and post‑sales support. You will work closely with customers to ensure testing requirements and product adoption timelines are met, while following standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pre‑ and post‑sale actions to ensure customers meet testing requirements and adoption timelines.
• Develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools and process them into orders via the ERP system.
• Adapt orders as operational needs change and track account history to provide data for account owners.
• Build an internal problem‑solving network, engage stakeholders proactively, and improve the customer experience.
• Schedule follow‑ups with customers and support the conversion of quotes into orders within established timelines.

Required profile

• High School or Technical School diploma.
• 2‑5 years of experience in a sales‑related environment.
• Strong command of English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Team‑player who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for order processing.
