Associate Project Manager / Project Manager

About the role

Murex is expanding its new delivery hub in Tunis and is looking for Associate Project Managers / Project Managers to join the Client Services EMEA Project Management team. You will work on international client projects, collaborating closely with teams in Paris while contributing to the creation of the new office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver client projects (implementations, upgrades, scope extensions) on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Provide project financials and reporting, monitor staffing, and ensure team engagement.
• Handle escalations, ensure client satisfaction, and support business growth opportunities.
• Structure and improve project management processes and standardize delivery practices.
• Produce clear project documentation and drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in project delivery within an international, preferably software‑vendor, environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals (planning, resource management, risk/issue handling).
• Interest in capital markets; fluent English (French a plus).
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, with strong client focus and teamwork skills.
