Assistant Finance Manager

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel finance team as an Assistant Finance Manager and help drive financial performance while delivering the warmth of hospitality. You will support the execution of financial strategies, ensure accurate reporting, and mentor a high‑performing team in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial strategy execution by aligning operations with the hotel’s strategic goals to optimise profitability and efficiency.
• Provide financial insights through performance reviews, account reconciliations and recommendations for leadership and ownership.
• Manage core financial operations including Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Night Audit while maintaining internal controls.
• Oversee preparation and review of monthly financial statements, ensuring accurate cash receipt coding and supporting internal audits.
• Review and authorize ledger reconciliations, tax filings and payroll to guarantee financial accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise, coach and mentor finance team members, conduct performance evaluations and foster professional development.
