Assistant de Direction – Atelier de Production

About the role

The company JOLIES BRODERIE TUNISIENNES, a specialist in high‑quality lace embroidery, is looking for an Assistant de Direction to act as the bridge between senior management and the production workshop. This role supports the smooth operation of the manufacturing floor while ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards, and resource planning.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations in the workshop.
• Monitor production planning, delivery deadlines, and quality standards.
• Manage production personnel, including attendance tracking, scheduling, and discipline.
• Control raw material supply and monitor stock levels.
• Report technical incidents or production delays to management immediately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Textile Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• First successful experience in a similar sector is strongly desired.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Soliman area.
• Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
• Strong rigor, organization, and proactive communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with a production‑management ERP system (a plus).
