Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our hybrid Swiss‑Tunisian team and help build an AI‑powered tutor for young learners. You will work on cutting‑edge AI products that generate educational content, exercises and multimedia experiences for French‑speaking and Arab markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy the AI Tutor platform for early education.
• Create AI systems that automatically generate learning content, exercises and multimedia resources.
• Integrate Large Language Models, AI agents and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines into production.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to turn ideas into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
• Maintain and improve model performance, data pipelines and deployment workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience building AI applications and shipping them to production.
• Proven ability to turn concepts into reliable, scalable AI products.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and passion for educational technology.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Prompt engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
