Analyst – Sustainable Infrastructure & Energy Finance

About the role

The Analyst will work in EBRD’s resident office in Tunis, supporting sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy projects across Tunisia. The role involves contributing to all phases of the project cycle, from origination to monitoring, within the Energy and Infrastructure teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of existing energy and infrastructure projects in Tunisia.
• Maintain relationships with clients, authorities, private operators and international organisations.
• Coordinate technical cooperation assignments and due‑diligence visits.
• Prepare financial models, conduct credit analysis and draft project documentation.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting and compliance with Bank procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with relevant professional qualifications (ACA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA) desirable.
• Strong quantitative and numerical skills, able to interpret financial information and design models.
• Good written and oral communication in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity or related financial consulting.
• Understanding of renewable energy and infrastructure sectors in Tunisia.
