AI Specialist

About the role

Sotora Global is looking for an AI Specialist to bridge strategy, engineering, and communications. You will work closely with consultants on live client projects while building AI tools that improve quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to identify where AI can add value and frame realistic options.
• Design and build solutions such as prompts, Claude skills, agent workflows, and retrieval systems, then refine them with end‑users.
• Set up testing frameworks to evaluate AI output against defined standards.
• Monitor new models and tools, test relevance, and advise on adoption.
• Train the team, document methods, and manage IT systems (Google Workspace, Claude, Float, Fireflies) alongside the Operations Associate.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with large language models, including context windows, retrieval, fine‑tuning limits, evaluation, agents, and tool integration.
• Ability to translate loosely defined, non‑technical problems into concrete AI solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking and collaborative communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; interest in language, writing, and persuasion.

Required skills

• Python (or similar) programming.
• Experience working with model APIs.
