AI Product Builder – Remote (Tunisia)

About the role

Join Storyteller’s AI Product Operations team to shape AI‑driven workflows for a high‑growth B2B SaaS platform used by leading global sports brands. You will work remotely from anywhere in Tunisia, aligning your schedule with UK business hours, and collaborate directly with engineers, product teammates, and sports organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Own AI‑powered workflows and product improvements within specific parts of the suite.
• Identify friction points for clients and internal teams, prioritize fixes, and build automated tools.
• Translate real client problems into shipped product enhancements, not just documentation.
• Use AI and internal analytics tools to investigate product behaviour, debug issues, and test ideas.
• Work closely with engineers and product colleagues to deliver changes quickly.
• Engage with clients when needed to validate solutions and gather feedback.
• Document solutions for reuse and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Curiosity and good judgment to spot ambiguous problems and devise practical solutions.
• Willingness to dive into data, tools, and workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and align with UK working hours.

Required skills

• AI tools and automation experience.
