AI Operations Manager

About the role

Storyteller is seeking an AI Operations Manager to own the reliability, configuration, and operational quality of its AI tooling across the business. You will work remotely from anywhere in Tunisia, partnering with product and engineering teams to ensure AI platforms are dependable and continuously improving.

Key responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of AI tool configuration, reliability, and standards.
• Support the AI Operations team in responding to changes in AI tools, platforms, models, or underlying capabilities.
• Define, maintain, and improve operational standards for AI tooling access, usage, and monitoring.
• Increase visibility of AI tool configurations, platform usage, and access administration.
• Identify friction points in AI tooling workflows, propose improvements, and execute detailed operational work.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure AI tools are securely and effectively integrated into product workflows.

Required profile

• High ownership mindset with a passion for improving systems and raising standards.
• Ability to stay current with rapid changes in the AI tooling landscape.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into practical operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to work with remote, fast‑moving SaaS teams.

Required skills

• Experience configuring and monitoring AI tooling and platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tool integration and operational best practices.
