AI-First Social Media Analyst

About the role

Storm Ideas is looking for an AI‑First Social Media Analyst to work remotely from anywhere in Tunisia. You will use AI tools to automate repetitive social analytics tasks, allowing you to focus on interpretation, judgement, and delivering insights to globally recognised US entertainment brands.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse performance data from social media platforms using tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.
• Build AI‑assisted workflows that automate data cleaning, first‑pass analysis, chart generation, draft narratives and QA checks.
• Use large language models (Claude, ChatGPT) as analytical partners to interrogate datasets and generate hypotheses.
• Rigorously verify AI output before client delivery, ensuring accuracy and catching hallucinations.
• Create visually appealing, consistently designed reports and presentations for external stakeholders.
• Document prompts, workflows and automations to turn personal shortcuts into team assets.

Required profile

• Excellent numeracy and quantitative/qualitative data analysis skills.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools in real work, with examples of built or automated solutions.
• Healthy scepticism toward AI outputs and strong attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities and excellent written communication.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
