AI-First HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑First HR Manager to own the end‑to‑end HR function for two fast‑growing businesses – a creative agency and a B2B SaaS platform. Working fully remote from anywhere in Tunisia, you will use AI and automation to transform routine HR tasks into self‑running workflows, allowing you to focus on strategic impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automated employee lifecycle workflows (contracts, onboarding, off‑boarding, right‑to‑work checks).
• Keep the employee handbook up‑to‑date with UK employment law and ensure it is clear and accessible.
• Run performance and compensation cycles, including data‑driven benchmarking and promotion cases.
• Produce accurate people analytics on headcount, attrition, tenure and compensation.
• Manage international hiring, EOR arrangements and contractor compliance across multiple markets.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, contracts and compliance.
• Proven experience adopting AI tools to automate HR processes.
• Ability to judge when AI‑generated output is acceptable and when legal review is required.
• Self‑starter mindset with ownership of outcomes rather than tasks.
