About the role
The International School of Carthage is looking for a dedicated cleaning agent to maintain a healthy and hygienic environment for students, teachers, and staff. This onsite position involves daily cleaning and sanitation of all school premises.
Key responsibilities
- Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, corridors and common areas.
- Disinfect high‑touch surfaces such as tables, door handles, switches and sanitary fixtures.
- Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal according to school procedures.
- Sweep, mop and vacuum floors, ensuring spotless surfaces.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards, using cleaning products correctly.
- Adhere to school sanitary protocols, especially in a school setting.
- Report any hazards, leaks, defective equipment or safety risks.
- Maintain and clean cleaning equipment, and signal supply needs.
Required profile
Required skills
- Operation of cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor scrubbers, etc.).
- Application of disinfection procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
