About the role

The Billing Agent will join SNA’s finance team in Sidi El Heni, supporting the company’s invoicing processes for its agro‑food operations. You will ensure that customer orders are accurately billed, that invoices reflect the correct pricing and terms, and that payments are tracked efficiently. This position plays a key role in maintaining cash flow and supporting the overall financial health of the business.

Key responsibilities

Process customer orders and generate invoices.
Verify billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
Monitor payment status and follow up on overdue accounts.
Collaborate with sales, logistics and other departments to guarantee invoice accuracy.

Required profile

Educational background in BTP (construction) or related field.
Open to candidates with no prior experience; beginners are welcome.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
