About the role

We are looking for a diligent Billing Agent to join our newly established office in Nouvelle Medina, Ben Arous. The role involves handling invoicing, order processing, and coordinating appointments related to mechanical spare parts.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and issue invoices based on purchase orders.
Schedule and confirm client appointments.
Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely payment collection.
Collaborate with the mechanical parts team to verify product details.

Required profile

Resident of the Ben Arous area or nearby.
Motivated, detail‑oriented, and enjoys challenges.
Good communication abilities and easy integration into a team.

Required skills

Experience with billing software.
