About the role
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for digital marketing? As an Ad Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by delivering strategic digital advertising solutions to SMB and mid-market advertisers.
Main Missions
- Execute high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to identify new revenue streams.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and client reactivation.
- Act as a trusted digital marketing advisor, consulting clients on targeting, strategy, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI.
- Analyze key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Manage a dynamic sales pipeline and maintain precise activity tracking within CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Leverage AI-driven tools and business intelligence platforms to prioritize leads and boost conversion rates.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, advertising sales, or digital marketing account management.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a proven ability to handle complex objections.
- Ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles and multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing performance data into business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Minimum C1 level required).
