Accounts Receivable Agent – Night Shift

About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Agent to join our call‑center team on night shifts. The role involves contacting customers about payments, resolving billing issues, and keeping accurate records of account status.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers to discuss outstanding invoices and arrange payments.
- Follow up on billing discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of accounts, payment status, and communication logs.
- Use the company CRM to log interactions and track collection activities.
Required profile
- Fluent English with a clear, natural accent.
- Comfortable working night shifts on‑site.
- Previous call‑center experience is a strong advantage.
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools quickly.
