Accounting Specialist

About the role

ANT Precision Tunisia is seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Accounting Specialist to support its finance function. The role involves handling tax declarations, payroll coordination, and the full spectrum of accounts payable and receivable activities while ensuring compliance with Tunisian regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual tax declarations in coordination with the external accounting firm.
• Support payroll coordination with HR and external service providers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification, payment follow‑up, collection, and reconciliations.
• Follow up international payments and coordinate with banks as needed.
• Review and record import/export transactions and related documentation.
• Check accounting and extra‑accounting documents for accuracy, compliance, and internal control.
• Review purchase orders to ensure procedural compliance.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documents for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, customs authorities, and consultants.
• Use SAGE Accounting Software for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial data management.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Handle applications for Tunisian government subsidies and incentives.
• Assist the capital increase process from the Tunisia side, preparing documents and coordinating with relevant parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Graduates from IHEC or ISCAE are highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tunisian tax regulations and accounting procedures.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
