Accountant – Italian Required (B2+)

About the role

Enpal is looking for a bilingual Accountant to join its Tunis office. You will manage both customer and vendor invoicing cycles, ensure accurate reconciliations, and support tax compliance for a fast‑growing renewable energy company.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full customer invoicing process from order to invoice issuance and track incoming payments.
• Record supplier invoices, manage purchase‑order approvals and plan payments.
• Perform periodic bank, customer and supplier reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly closings, VAT filing and year‑end tax reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support audits and management reporting.
• Help optimise accounting and treasury workflows across group entities and contribute to finance projects.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience with Italian accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Tunisian accounting is a plus.
• Good command of English and Italian (minimum B2).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Confluence, Miro, Docuware, Office, Trello and Jira.
