Account Manager – B2B Payments

About the role

Flouci is looking for an Account Manager to own the full commercial relationship with merchants and partners across Francophone Africa. You will guide accounts from onboarding through activation, growth, and retention, acting as the customer’s voice inside the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of merchant and enterprise accounts end‑to‑end.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to track KPIs, surface growth levers, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Monitor transaction volumes and revenue per account, flag at‑risk accounts, and design re‑engagement plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve partner issues.
• Provide structured market and product feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or client success, preferably in fintech, SaaS, banking, or payments.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business.
• Fluent in French, English, and Tunisian dialect.
• Analytical and autonomous, comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and transaction data.
