Account Management Intern – Growth & Operations

About the role

Join Glovo’s fast‑growing marketplace team as an Account Management Intern. You will support top and SMB partners, helping them increase visibility, improve operations and reach more customers while gaining hands‑on experience in growth, promotions and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of Top and SMB accounts.
• Serve as a point of reference for day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Build reports and automate data analysis to monitor partner performance.
• Contribute to long‑term strategy for growth, promotions, advertising and operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Corporate and Customer Service to deliver tailored solutions.
• Proactively solve problems and deliver insights through data‑driven reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Highly data‑driven with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent prioritisation, time‑management and ability to handle multiple accounts.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work quickly and autonomously.
• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s) in Business, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with SQL for data queries.
