About the role
We are seeking four dedicated security guards to provide on‑site protection for a residential facility. The role involves maintaining a safe environment for residents and property, working in shifts to ensure 24‑hour coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol the premises regularly to deter and detect any unauthorized activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identities, and control access.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and report them to the appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor records.
- Collaborate with management to enforce security policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Good observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic literacy for completing reports.
Required skills
- Knowledge of basic security protocols and emergency response.
