Web Hosting Support Specialist (English & French)

About the role

HostPapa is seeking a bilingual Web Hosting Support Specialist to assist customers worldwide with website, email, and hosting issues. You will work remotely, providing fast, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance through phone, email, tickets, and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via phone, email/tickets, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced website and email problems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and fix errors for CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Explain DNS settings and web design tools in clear, customer‑friendly language.
• Handle pre‑sales, sales, and billing inquiries as needed and schedule callbacks for follow‑up.
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to team projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a technical support or help‑desk role.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for websites and email systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Customer‑service mindset with a focus on delivering high satisfaction.
