About the role
LEONI is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to manage and supervise its warehouse unit in Sidi Bou Ali. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, meeting KPIs and driving continuous improvement across the value chain.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities including unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading and shipping of raw material, semi‑finished and finished goods.
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports, set objectives, monitor performance and provide coaching and training.
- Ensure compliance with standard governance, safety rules and proper use of technical equipment.
- Identify improvement opportunities, propose measures and support change management initiatives.
Required profile
- University degree with at least 3 years of experience in value chain management or warehouse operations.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong conflict‑management, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
