Warehouse Manager – Logistics & Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Manager leads all warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, accurate inventory management, and efficient shipment of products to customers worldwide. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and contributes to operational excellence within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving processes and ensure timely delivery of materials to designated locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for finished goods, accessories, serial numbers, and batch control.
• Define, monitor, and report on department metrics, workcell goals, and operational objectives.
• Achieve performance targets and recommend process improvements.
• Oversee daily shipping activities, selecting optimal shipping methods for domestic and international shipments.
• Lead continuous improvement programs such as 6S and Kaizen, and optimize warehouse layout.
• Manage customer returns and quarantine processes, tracking non‑inventory items.
• Contribute to budget planning and ensure responsible budget management.
• Monitor aged inventory, enforce FIFO principles, and track product expiration dates.
• Lead assigned projects to completion, utilizing available resources effectively.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or related field, or at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of outbound logistics, customs regulations, and international shipping requirements.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data and produce clear improvement recommendations.
• Experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, employee development, and team motivation.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration and strong interpersonal abilities.
