Virtual Customer Support Agent (French/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent who can communicate fluently in French and English. The role is fully remote and involves delivering high‑quality assistance to our global customers through multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in both French and English.
• Assist customers with order issues, technical questions and general support requests.
• Provide friendly, efficient and professional service in every interaction.
• Navigate and update tickets using Zendesk and Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency (C1/C2) in French and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO, call‑center or SaaS environment.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
