Video Scenarist

About the role

As a Video Scenarist at BUZZBIBLE STUDIO in Tunis, you will craft complete narratives that are brought to life by AI generation tools rather than a traditional crew. You own the entire pipeline: from concept and script, through breaking the story into AI‑compatible beats, to verbally directing each frame to the AI agent and refining the output until it matches your vision.

Key responsibilities

• Write the story: Transform briefs into full narratives, defining premise, characters, arc and ending, and adapt the length and format to project requirements before any visual generation begins.
• Break it into parts: Segment the narrative into self‑contained beats that the AI tools can render in a single shot, maintaining continuity of faces, wardrobe, lighting and world‑building, and decide where cuts occur.
• Direct each part aloud: Verbally describe every segment to the AI agent in precise English, specifying posture, gestures, eyeline, timing of reactions, facial expressions, as well as camera framing, lens choice, movement, lighting, texture, wardrobe, setting and sound.
• Review and re‑direct: Inspect the AI‑generated output, pinpoint exact mismatches, re‑describe or rewrite segments as needed, and record effective phrasing to improve the studio’s direction language.
• Deliver: Hand over the finalized segments with detailed notes to the editing and sound teams, and present and defend the final work in English to colleagues and clients.
