Video Scenarist

About the role

You will create complete video narratives that are generated entirely by an AI agent. From a brief you craft the story, break it into AI‑compatible beats, and then direct each frame aloud, specifying actions, camera moves, lighting and sound in precise English.

Key responsibilities

• Write full narratives from brief to final arc, get client approval before any generation.
• Divide the story into self‑contained segments that the AI can render in a single shot while maintaining continuity of faces, wardrobe and lighting.
• Direct each segment aloud, describing posture, gestures, eyeline, camera framing, lens character, lighting and sound in real‑time.
• Review AI output, pinpoint exact mismatches, re‑describe or rewrite segments until the result matches intent.
• Hand over the finalized parts with detailed notes to editing and sound teams and present the work in English to clients.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English (C1+), able to describe scenes continuously without hesitation.
• Strong storytelling ability: build complete narratives from a one‑line brief and explain why an ending works.
• Producer‑level vocabulary for physical detail – can describe body language, camera moves and lighting precisely.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video‑generation tools and a portfolio demonstrating iterative work.
• Patience for multiple iterations; able to run the same short segment many times while keeping narrative thread.
• 1–4 years of experience in writing or directing video, branded content, short film or generated content.
