Utilities Maintenance Technician

About the role

Recordati is seeking a Utilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliable operation of utility systems at its industrial site. The role involves daily monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, and compliance with GMP/BPF standards to support production, quality control and site infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operation of utility installations and perform technical rounds to record parameters.
• Identify anomalies, manage alarms and report any issues affecting production, quality or safety.
• Execute preventive maintenance according to schedule, conduct inspections and update maintenance plans.
• Diagnose faults, carry out corrective interventions safely, and document actions taken.
• Participate in root‑cause analyses of recurring failures and propose reliability improvements.
• Maintain traceability of all interventions in the maintenance management system.

Required profile

• Higher Technician Diploma, BTS or professional licence in a relevant technical field or equivalent.
• Experience working in an industrial environment with GMP/BPF requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously, follow procedures and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP/BPF standards.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment.
• Technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
