About the role
The Time & Attendance Specialist will drive the delivery of T&A services within the HR department, ensuring accurate time management and compliance with global standards.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and adapt Global HR standard processes to local tax, legal and statutory requirements.
- Correct time management errors and control time managers for plant operations.
- Maintain special absences, medical certificates and prepare specific reporting.
- Act as interface between PY teams and plants for all time‑relevant topics.
Required profile
- University degree in a technical or scientific field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity and change‑management abilities.
