Third Party Risk Management Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Third Party Risk Management Expert to oversee our outsourcing register, support key account managers, and ensure compliance with banking supervisory and regulatory requirements such as DORA. The role bridges the first and second lines of defense, providing coaching, control activities, and guidance on new regulatory implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the outsourcing and information registers in line with DORA requirements.
• Support Key Account Managers in the first line of defense on supervisory and regulatory matters.
• Conduct second‑line control activities and provide coaching where needed.
• Assist the Third‑Party Risk Management team in daily duties and project work.
• Develop guidelines and procedures for implementing new group‑level regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and drive digitisation, automation, and AI use‑case identification.

Required profile

• First‑hand experience in Third‑Party Risk Management, outsourcing control, non‑financial risk or a related field.
• Degree in economics, business administration or engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analytics.
• Fluent English; French and/or German also required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data‑analytics tools.
• High commitment, flexibility, resilience and an independent, reliable work style.
• Excellent comprehension, teamwork, persuasiveness and customer‑service orientation.
