Third Party Risk Management Expert

About the role

The Third Party Risk Management Expert will support the bank's first and second line of defense by overseeing outsourcing registers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving digital transformation of risk processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the outsourcing register and related information registers in line with DORA requirements.
• Support Key Account Managers on banking supervisory and regulatory matters, providing coaching and guidance.
• Perform classic second‑line control activities and assist third‑party risk teams in their duties.
• Develop guidelines and solutions for new group‑level regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects related to risk and compliance.
• Identify and implement AI use cases to digitise and automate risk‑management processes.

Required profile

• First experience in third‑party risk management, outsourcing control, non‑financial risk management or a related field.
• Degree in economics, business administration or engineering.
• Strong analytical abilities, including data‑analytics competence.
• Excellent English; French and/or German language skills are also required.
• High commitment, flexibility, resilience and an independent, reliable work style.
• Team‑player with persuasive communication and strong customer orientation.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
• Experience with data‑analytics tools.
