Technicien(ne) Maintenance et Infrastructure

About the role

Almaviva Tunisia is expanding its technical team and seeks a senior technician to maintain and implement the infrastructure of its customer‑relation centre. The role ensures that all hardware and software components run smoothly and supports the continuous operation of production services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the entire technical infrastructure.
• Deploy and implement new hardware and software solutions.
• Guarantee high availability of servers, routers, firewalls, switches and related equipment.
• Monitor and supervise daily operation of systems and networks.
• Rapidly resolve critical failures to avoid production downtime.
• Manage the full inventory of IT assets and network/telecommunication infrastructure.

Required profile

• Higher technical diploma (Licence or BTS) in computer maintenance, networks, systems or telecommunications.
• Significant, proven experience in managing network infrastructure, preferably in a call‑center environment.
