Technicien Montage Mécanique & Opérateur Découpe Laser

About the role

Our company in Fouchana, Tunisia is expanding its production team. We are looking for two Mechanical Assembly Technicians and one Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our workshop and support the manufacturing of mechanical components.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical parts according to technical drawings.
• Read and interpret mechanical plans to ensure correct installation.
• Follow all safety instructions and maintain a clean work environment.
• Operate the laser cutting machine, set up cutting programs and launch jobs.
• Prepare materials, monitor the cutting process and inspect finished pieces for quality compliance.
• Document work performed and report any non‑conformities.

Required profile

• Formal training in mechanics, electromechanics or a related field.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly (preferred) and laser cutting operation (preferred).
• Serious, autonomous, rigorous with strong organizational skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude and respect for safety regulations.
