Technicien de Production – Sfax

About the role

We are looking for a Production Technician to join Figopharma’s manufacturing team in Sfax. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure that all production steps—from preparation to packaging—are carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and start‑up of the production line.
• Prepare and conduct production operations according to established procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any anomalies or malfunctions.
• Carry out required controls at each production stage.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality procedures.
• Complete production documentation such as manufacturing sheets, control records and traceability files.
• Assist with packaging and batch formation activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of equipment and production area.
• Identify and report production variances or incidents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and productivity optimisation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and Production teams to ensure operational continuity.

Required profile

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong attention to safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
