Technicien de Maintenance Mécanique

About the role

As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician you will join the maintenance team at Air Liquide’s Borj Cédria site, reporting directly to the Production Unit Manager. You will ensure the optimal operation of mechanical equipment and industrial machines, contributing to high reliability and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, allocate tasks and manage priorities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to minimise downtime and control costs.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Manage budgets, equipment inventories and resources within allocated limits.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyse KPIs and drive preventive and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Holder of a BTS or Licence (Bac+3) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Recent graduate accepted; internships or final projects in an industrial environment are a plus.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken); good English is an asset.
• Team‑player with strong operational rigor.
