Technicien de Maintenance industrielle

About the role

SOQUIBAT is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its team at the Djebel El Ouest site in Zaghouan, Tunisia. The role involves ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of industrial equipment through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, and routine maintenance according to a predefined plan.
• Diagnose complex equipment failures and replace defective parts.
• Implement process improvements to increase equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards.
• Install new machinery and update maintenance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum technical high school diploma (Bac technique) or BTS/technician degree in Industrial Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, react quickly, and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Strong analytical sense and good problem‑solving skills.
