Technical Support – Italian Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking technical support specialist to assist customers of a renewable‑energy company. The role involves providing phone and email support for PV inverters, home batteries and related equipment, ensuring safe and effective operation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical service to customers via phone and email.
• Analyze and identify error patterns in renewable‑energy systems.
• Support commissioning and ongoing operation of PV inverters and home storage systems.
• Document issues and track progress in a ticketing system.
• Order spare parts when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or electrotechnical environments.
• Basic understanding of electrotechnical concepts such as voltage and current.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, team spirit and quality awareness.
• Very good command of Italian, capable of handling technical topics.
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
