Technical Support – Italian Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Technical Support specialist to join a fast‑growing renewable‑energy company. The role involves assisting customers with PV inverter and home‑battery systems, diagnosing issues and ensuring smooth commissioning and operation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support to customers in Italian.
• Analyse error logs and identify recurring fault patterns.
• Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting and ongoing operation of PV inverters and home storage units.
• Document all actions in the ticketing system and maintain accurate records.
• Order and coordinate spare parts when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or electrotechnical environments.
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts such as voltage and current.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude and team spirit.
• Fluent Italian; good English is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model on a full‑time basis.

Required skills

• PV inverter troubleshooting.
• Home battery storage system support.
• Use of ticketing / issue‑tracking tools.
• Fundamental electrical knowledge (voltage, current).
