About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide on‑site and remote assistance for Intelligent Traffic and ANPR systems, ensuring optimal performance for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance services, troubleshooting issues remotely and on‑site.
- Handle multiple support requests, prioritize based on urgency, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Document support activities, conduct system inspections, and deliver technical training to clients and internal staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of technical support experience in electronic security (CCTV, Access Control, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of Hikvision products and solutions.
- Experience with Intelligent Traffic systems and ANPR technologies.
- Familiarity with CCTV, Access Control, and AI technologies.
