Technical Sales and Export Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales and Export Manager to lead our commercial and technical activities for sustainable agricultural inputs across the MENA region, operating from Tunisia. The role combines product expertise in biofertilizers and biostimulants with market development and distributor management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and commercial support to existing and developing distributors throughout the MENA region.
• Support the introduction, positioning, and field demonstration of biotechnology solutions, focusing on biofertilizers and biostimulants.
• Travel frequently to assigned countries to meet distributors, major growers, and to follow up on trials and sales activities.
• Coordinate and deliver technical training to the sales teams of local distributors.
• Analyse regional agricultural market needs and report progress, opportunities, and results to the International Sales Management team in Spain.

Required profile

• University degree in Agricultural Engineering or Agronomy.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical‑commercial development, export management, or technical support within the biostimulants, biofertilizers, or plant nutrition sector.
• Familiarity with key crops and agricultural market dynamics in North Africa and the Middle East.
