Technical Leader – Software Delivery

About the role

Zembra is seeking a Technical Leader to drive the design, implementation, and delivery of its enterprise application platform. You will lead a team of engineers, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and ensure high‑quality, reliable software for our review‑scraper API service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design and implementation for platform features, integrations, and services.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and day‑to‑day technical guidance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and delivery plans.
• Own the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, release, and production support.
• Establish technical direction and enforce architecture and engineering standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for complex production issues and cross‑system integrations.
• Ensure operational readiness via observability, runbooks, release validation, and incident learnings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role with coaching and mentoring responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects end‑to‑end and improving software quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile practices and ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams.
