Team Leader – Production Operations

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Team Leader to oversee production operations in intermediate‑complexity cells, including those that use RF machines. The role combines hands‑on manufacturing with quality oversight to ensure electronic and mechanical assemblies meet strict specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production activities in cells handling RF equipment and other intermediate‑complexity processes.
• Manage both repetitive and non‑repetitive tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Interpret diagrams and detailed technical drawings to set up machines and tools.
• Establish initial machine settings and operate specialized hand and power tools.
• Conduct advanced continuity checks and perform quality inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
• Apply job‑specific skills to complete tasks and adapt techniques to resolve standard production problems.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of related production experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment under general supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Operation of RF machines.
