Team Leader – Production Operations

About the role

The Team Leader will oversee production operations in intermediate‑complexity cells, ensuring efficient manufacturing of electronic and mechanical assemblies. This role combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities to meet quality and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production activities in cells that involve RF machines and other specialized equipment.
• Manage both repetitive and non‑repetitive tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Interpret diagrams and detailed drawings to set up machines and select appropriate tools.
• Use specialized hand and power tools to perform assembly and adjustments.
• Conduct advanced continuity checks and quality inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
• Apply job‑specific skills to complete tasks and adapt techniques to resolve standard problems.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly production.
• Ability to work from technical drawings and set initial machine parameters.
• Good judgment with the capacity to operate under general supervision.
