Team Lead IT – IT Operations

About the role

LEONI is seeking a proactive Team Lead to manage its IT Operations unit in Tunisia. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable IT service delivery, supporting infrastructure, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the IT Operations team according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Plan and coordinate team activities to cover all operational stages and respond to requests.
• Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members and monitor performance.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Implement measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, and change management.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with proven leadership of country‑wide IT Operations.
• Strong track record in ensuring reliable service delivery and infrastructure support.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage team performance, development, and resource planning.
• Knowledge of IT standards, governance, and corporate policies.
