Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Versigent is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and talent development activities that align with the company’s HR strategy and group policies. You will play a key part in attracting, integrating and developing high‑performing employees across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain job descriptions and organizational charts.
• Manage full recruitment cycles for a variety of positions, from sourcing to final validation.
• Conduct CV screening, phone and face‑to‑face interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Run internal recruitment processes for global and local openings.
• Partner with external recruitment agencies to meet hiring timelines.
• Ensure onboarding compliance and coordinate training for new hires.
• Prepare and communicate HR development initiatives, welcome announcements and job opening communications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong command of English and French, both written and spoken.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment methodologies and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Talent for building positive relationships with candidates, managers and external partners.
