Supply Chain Performance Employee

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Performance Employee to drive performance improvements, support supplier development, and enhance the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain through data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply‑chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collect, compile and interpret data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for senior management.
• Assist in designing supplier development programmes, define targets and multi‑stage plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement and production teams to align performance goals.
• Ensure supply to assigned plants meets agreed timelines and quantities.
• Support suppliers facing long‑term supply issues through root‑cause analysis, action planning and on‑site assistance.
• Manage escalations and documentation, calculate thresholds for logistic complaints and delivery reliability.
• Conduct supplier audits, process inspections and track corrective actions.

Required profile

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics or performance analysis.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data‑analysis tools such as Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with supply‑chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
• Excellent command of English; German is an asset.
