Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain operations at our Sousse site. The role will drive operational excellence across planning, materials management, warehousing, shipping and customs, supporting the company’s growth and transformation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement supply chain strategies that align with business growth and operational targets.
• Oversee production planning, materials management, warehouse operations, shipping and customs coordination.
• Ensure material availability while optimizing inventory levels, working capital and logistics efficiency.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs such as delivery performance, inventory accuracy, component availability and logistics efficiency.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Act as the site’s SAP Supply Chain Key User, supporting system standardisation, user training and IT project coordination.
• Collaborate with global supply chain, production, engineering, quality and finance teams to deliver world‑class service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing end‑to‑end supply chain or logistics functions in an industrial environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic supply chain plans.
• Excellent analytical mindset with focus on KPI‑driven improvement.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional and international stakeholders.
