Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for HUBER+SUHNER’s Tunisia site. The role reports to senior management and works closely with production, engineering, quality, finance and global supply chain teams to ensure high delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, inspire and develop the supply chain team, and define supply chain strategies aligned with business growth.
• Oversee production planning, materials management, warehouse operations, shipping and customs coordination, ensuring material availability while optimizing inventory and working capital.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as delivery performance, inventory accuracy, component availability, inventory turnover and logistics efficiency.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Act as the site’s SAP Supply Chain key user, standardise processes, support IT projects and train users.
• Collaborate with global HUBER+SUHNER sites on production transfers, industrialisation projects and alignment with corporate standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading supply chain or logistics functions within an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with a passion for logistics, planning, continuous improvement and people development.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, engineering, quality, finance and global supply chain stakeholders.

Required skills

• SAP (Supply Chain module) – key user experience.
