SuccessFactors Team Lead Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Team Lead Consultant to join Müller's Solutions. In this role you will lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for the SuccessFactors suite, working closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
• Provide guidance, mentorship and training to project team members.
• Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors configurations.
• Oversee configuration, customization and integration of SuccessFactors modules to align with client needs.
• Coordinate with project managers, functional consultants and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve issues post‑implementation.
• Stay current with SuccessFactors trends and share knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience implementing and leading SuccessFactors projects.
• Strong knowledge of at least two SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
• Proven experience managing or leading a team of consultants.
• Excellent project management, analytical and communication skills.
• Relevant SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
