Strategy and Management Consultant

About the role

As a Strategy and Management Consultant you will join a diverse, motivated team delivering projects across multiple industries. You will work on‑site in Tunisia, collaborating with clients to define strategy, re‑engineer processes, optimise operations and implement systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full consulting lifecycle: data gathering, analysis, solution design, recommendation, implementation and follow‑up.
• Develop recommendations that bridge high‑level vision with people, process and technology constraints.
• Assist in drafting business proposals and client‑facing materials.
• Work on topics such as supply chain, finance, corporate finance, facility management, IT advisory, sales and marketing.
• Participate in training programmes to deepen sector knowledge and consulting methodologies.

Required profile

• Graduate of an engineering or business school (e.g., Polytechnique, ENIT, TBS, etc.).
• Prior experience in a consulting environment is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills in both English and Arabic.
